The technician that was sent to my home, Lucas Ramalho, was right on time. I was very happy with the level of service Lucas provided. Very courteous and professional. I was actually surprised by how thorough his work was. He took photos of all areas of concern, then went over suggestions I might consider to remediate those issues. He was very careful to wear masks and shoe coverings and abide by covid guidelines. Just very pleased and would definitely recommend Service Genius and Lucas!

These people are hardworking, highly trained, and very efficient! Found out there’s a leak in our AC duct and they fix it within a day!
