I really liked the idea that an email was sent with a picture of the technician. Everything William did was Covid responsible. It’s that time of the year where I wanted everything checked out to make sure it was in good working condition. William was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing and what might need to be followed up with in the future. He was very personable and I’d definitely ask for him again. I’ll be using Service Genius for all my future heating and air conditioning needs.
