The technician that was sent to my home, Lucas Ramalho, was right on time. I was very happy with the level of service Lucas provided. Very courteous and professional. I was actually surprised by how thorough his work was. He took photos of all areas of concern, then went over suggestions I might consider to remediate those issues. He was very careful to wear masks and shoe coverings and abide by covid guidelines. Just very pleased and would definitely recommend Service Genius and Lucas!

These people are hardworking, highly trained, and very efficient! Found out there’s a leak in our AC duct and they fix it within a day! I called them Sunday (yes Sunday!) and early morning Monday they were at my door! The whole transaction went smooth and communication is excellent! I don’t really give reviews but I do think they deserve one! Great job service genius!

I really liked the idea that an email was sent with a picture of the technician. Everything William did was Covid responsible. It’s that time of the year where I wanted everything checked out to make sure it was in good working condition. William was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing and what might need to be followed up with in the future. He was very personable and I’d definitely ask for him again. I used Service Genius twice and they were awesome both times with servicing my units. They were thorough and explain all services performed. My most recent experience with Luis was awesome. He did a tube up in my AC/heating unit. Good safety precautions were taken since he wore a mask and shoe covers while in the house. He was very informative with what he did and what he would recommend going forward. Look forward to using them again for my servicing needs.

They found a couple of minor things that didn’t look right and fixed those too for a very reasonable price. This is an honest company with honest employees working for them. I have been using Service Genius for several years now and have recommended them to several friends who have had great results as well. They came and replaced all of my old ducting and added a return air vent. From start to finish everyone from their office to the installers was professional and friendly and was done at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Our heater stopped working in the middle of cold season. Eduardo came and changed some parts and fixed it in couple of hours, even he had run and bought the spare parts miles away. He was respectful, knowledgeable, clean, with a mask and his shoe covers, so it made us feel safe during Covid time. He explained in detail what was needed to be done to fix and keep our equipment running for longer. We had a good experience and we would recommend their service.

Service Genius was an excellent choice for the replacement of my AC system. Their technicians were professional, arrived on time, and followed all the COVID-19 safety protocols while they were working in my home. They answered all my questions and when they left you wouldn’t even know they had been there except for the nice cold air that was coming out of my vents. When the state inspector came to check the system he commented on how good of a job they did. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Crazy good service so far. After our air conditioner contractor gave up on a new system he installed 11 months prior, Service Genius rocked it. First, they confirm the appointment. Then they show up the next day. Turns out our power is out. Sorry! No problem, another appointment set the following day first thing in the morning and they show up. They diagnosed a pretty challenging issue. First, the system was fine, it was the communications between my zone system and the air conditioner control. It took Robert 2 hours to figure out what was going on. How much? Just the normal price for diagnosis, 79 dollars. Robert was articulate, kind, easy, and he was clean, put booties on when he came into the house, he was detailed and super honest. They are like a breath of fresh (cold) air. Now they are working with Honeywell to see how to get the zoning and the new air system to communicate. Technical issues are not a problem, patience and great follow through. Thank you Robert.
